Project & Asset Management

Every project, every document, every customer — in one place.

Solar Connect covers the solar lifecycle from design and installation through monitoring and after-sales support. It puts project data, team collaboration and system performance behind a single interface, so EPCs, asset owners and end customers are all looking at the same truth.

What it holds

The things that otherwise live in four different places and one person's memory.

The whole project lifecycle

Design, installation, monitoring and after-sales support tracked as one continuous record rather than as separate handovers between teams.

Role-based access

Your engineers, your asset owners and your end customers each get their own view. Nobody sees a portfolio that is not theirs.

Automated reporting and alerts

Status goes out on its own schedule instead of being assembled by hand every time somebody asks how a job is going.

One source of truth

Project data and system performance in the same interface, so the answer a customer gets matches the answer your team is working from.

Where Sol AI ends and Solar Connect begins

They are frequently confused, including on our own site until recently. They are different products.

Sol AI — the systems

Watches solar systems that are already generating. Reads inverters over their manufacturer APIs, finds string-level faults, prices them. Priced per system, per month.

Solar Connect — the work around them

Manages the project, the team, the documentation and the customer relationship across the whole lifecycle. Quoted per portfolio, sold through direct enquiry.

Worth knowing before you enquire

  • Solar Connect is business-to-business. There is no public self-service signup, and deployments are scoped against how your team already works.
  • It is not a monitoring product. Live generation diagnosis is Sol AI's job; the two are sold separately.
  • Pricing is quoted, not listed, because it depends on fleet size and how much of the lifecycle you want to run inside it.

Questions

Who is Solar Connect for?

EPCs, installers and asset owners who are running more solar projects than a spreadsheet can hold, and who need their customers to be able to see project status without phoning someone.

How is Solar Connect different from Sol AI?

Sol AI watches systems that are already generating and diagnoses faults. Solar Connect manages the work around them — the project, the team, the documentation and the customer relationship. Most operators want both, but they solve different problems and are sold separately.

Can my customers log in and see their own project?

Yes. Access is role-based, so your team, your asset owners and your end customers each see only their own scope.

Can I sign up online?

Not currently. Solar Connect is a business-to-business product sold through direct enquiry, and deployments are scoped against your portfolio and the way your team already works.

What does Solar Connect cost?

It is quoted against your portfolio rather than sold at a list price, because deployments vary by fleet size and how much of the lifecycle you want to run inside it. Sol AI monitoring, by contrast, starts at $1.50 per system per month.
