By accessing or using our website, products, and services (including Sol AI and Solar Connect), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Modular Intelligence (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. provides AI-driven platforms and software solutions for the energy sector, including:

  • Sol AI: An intelligent energy optimization engine designed to make renewable systems smarter, more efficient, and more autonomous.
  • Solar Connect: A comprehensive digital platform for managing solar projects and assets from design and installation to monitoring and after-sales support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our services may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Modular Intelligence makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through our services
  • Warranties that defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Modular Intelligence (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modular Intelligence (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Modular Intelligence.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
